Ticket sales for the Krakow Opera’s own productions and events shall commence 2 months prior to the date of a given production or event, whereas in the case of guest productions at the date published on the Krakow Opera’s website.

Tickets are available at the Krakow Opera Box Office at ul. Lubicz 48, Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays two hours before the performance. Tel. (+48) 12 296 62 60, 296 62 61. Any changes to the Box Office opening hours are published on the Krakow Opera’s website.

Tickets may be paid for in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer to the Opera’s account as specified on the following website www.opera.krakow.pl : a/c No. 15 1240 4722 1111 0000 4853 2679 (please indicate the name of the person for which the booking is made, the title and the date of the performance). Payment by bank transfer must be made at least three business days prior to the booking expiry date (and shall be deemed received on the date the transfer is credited).

a) in person: at the Ticket Sales Department (Dział Organizacji Widowni) at ul. Lubicz 48 – Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Krakow Opera Box Office at ul. Lubicz 48 – Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sundays and public holidays two hours before the performance,
